Roshankish Martial Arts Center offers our students over the age of 16 a dynamic Mixed Martial Arts class with a blend of Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that will give you realistic self defense skills, and get you in incredible fitness.
All our classes are taught in a safe, effective manner. You will learn all the defense techniques needed to take down an opponent in the streets or the ring. Our Mixed Martial Arts class is developed with a strong foundation for learning through repetitions.

Mixed Martial Arts teaches smaller, less physical students that they can defend themselves against a larger, stronger opponent. You will be taught how to use leverage and proper technique, such as joint locks, and chokeholds to subdue opponents, and use punches, kicks, blocks, open hand strikes, sweeps and throws to bring people to the ground.
